| Bio: | Hey there! Nice to meetcha. Name is Dawn Marie. I am a geek and it's all my dad's fault! Ya see, he used to sit me down and watch Star Trek - yes the original, with him and other sci fi shows when I was a little girl. Then came the techno age and my first Atari 2600 shortly followed by my first computer- the Tandy 1000. I spent many hours shooting Asteroids and solving the quests for the King *happy sigh*. Now I religiuosly watch the SciFi channel and own not only a computer, but all 3 gaming consoles! Yep, I'm a gaming geek ... and loving it! I'm also an aspiring actress - ever since I was a teen, I wanted to be a TV star. Flipping the pages of my Tiger Beat and Teen Beat magazines, drooling over the hot teen idols of the time, I easily saw myself as being one of them. Now in the light of adulthood, I just wanna be in TV and movies. Don't really care if I become a huge star or stay a little twinkling one, as long as I stay in the entertainment industry. I finally go to act out my dreams (pardon the pun). I was a regular background actor on Surface (NBC) and One Tree Hill (WB). I have had the chance to work in two movies: I Do? and The Marc Pease Experience. Since I have gotten the acting bug outta my system, I am on my way back to college to study pre-Criminal Justice at our local community college this summer for 2 years then am gonna move onto UNCW to finish out the four years so I can become a Crime Scene Investigator! It's an amazing path I have chosen - without the love and support of my circle of family & friends, I wouldn't be here to walk it. Thank you everyone, from my past to my future. I ruv u guys!
